Graeme MacQueen's Interview on CTV, Discussing The Toronto Hearings

Graeme MacQueen, a retired professor of Religious Studies at McMaster University, is one of the organizers of the Toronto Hearings, which will take place from September 8 - 11, 2011, at Ryerson University in Toronto. The event is sponsored by the International Center for 9/11 Studies, and will present the case that the official narrative of 9/11 is a lie.

MacQueen talked about the intention behind the conference and the evidence that contradicts the official narrative of the 9/11 attacks in this interview with CTV News.

"We're trying to determine what happened, why it happened, and who did it, those kinds of questions. And we're saying the official story is wrong," said MacQueen.

MacQueen responded to the charge that holding controversial hearings on the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks is insensitive towards the 9/11 family members, and the memory of the victims of the attacks. "I think if you open your mind to the possibility that we're right, it's not insensitive. It's actually crucial," said MacQueen, adding, "Why would Canadians want to build their foreign policy and their domestic policy on a lie?"

MacQueen said the goal of the Hearings is to "educate Canadians and other people around the world."
