The America-Israel-Iran conflict is one of the strangest wars in history. The on-and-off nature of it means it is not a Great War.
These aren't great powers fighting against each other, but a declining empire that's being controlled by a small parasitic state and an aspiring regional power that until a year ago hasn't won a war in five hundred years. We're not talking heavyweights here, okay.
