Islam expert Jocelyne Cesari describes specific circumstances that ISIL capitalizes upon in recruiting young Muslims from Europe to join the terrorist group.
"To date an estimated 2000 mosques have been built across Europe funded with Saudi money for millions of dollars per mosque." (Source).

"According to official Saudi information, Saudi funds have been used to build and maintain over 1,500 mosques, 202 colleges, 210 Islamic Centers wholly or partly financed by Saudi Arabia, and almost 2,000 schools for educating Muslim children in non-Islamic countries in Europe, North and South America, Australia and Asia. . . Saudi aid to Muslims abroad, however, comes with strings attached, and most of the recipient institutions end up promoting the Wahhabi version of Islam." (Source).

"Billions of Saudi dollars now dominate US politics and campuses. Saudi Arabia is home to most of the 19 September 11th terrorists, yet the US has not done anything to force the Saudi regime to stop its funding of terror; its exportation of radical Wahhabiism nor to disengage itself from contaminating US politics." Europe and North America should've shut down the Saudi-funded Wahhabi mosques that preach hatred, murder, and religious intolerance years ago. The same goes for Pakistan and other places. But Saudi money is too enticing.
