Governments around the world have lost common sense, but nowhere more so than in Canada.
Politicians are disconnected from reality. The covid-inspired power grabs have unchained them from the law and from the people they were elected to govern. Power has gotten to their heads. They think nothing can stop them.
This protest is a reality check. It is a belated and peaceful reminder that government power ultimately derives from the people. And when the people speak with one voice, they can't be ignored as "racists" or "extremists" or "terrorists."
