Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu accused Russia and Syria, along with the so-called Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) militants and Kurdish YPG forces, of attempting to form a "terror belt" along the Turksih border, in parliament in Ankara, Tuesday.

Davutoglu said that "Russia, Syrian regime, ISIL and YPG are establishing a terror belt by holding each others hands in the southern border of Turkey", adding that "Turkey is aware of these games" and "will not allow it."
