If notorious war criminal Henry Kissinger didn't exist history would have to create him. But that still doesn't change the fact that he fell off the scumbag tree. For Kissinger to call another human being "sick" for asking a simple question is really rich. And this grumpy old man is still giving orders to people in the U.S. government? No wonder the world is screwed up.
