This is just an outrageous story. The audacity of it, it's mind boggling.
Corruption on this scale is what brings nations and civilizations down. Those responsible have to face severe penalties. Taps on the wrists accomplishes little.
The Somalis behind this industrial scale theft are definitely getting help from inside the local and federal government. These priates aren't acting alone. As with Ukraine, a lot of the money going out is going right back into Washington D.C.
The U.S. taxpayer is the big fish. And the rot begins at the top. Trump is probably envious he didn't think up this scheme himself.
