This past week Russia hosted Syria's al-Qaeda government in Moscow, playing catch up in Syria after the courting of the terrorist government by numerous Western leaders.
It must remembered that when ISIS massacred and besieged the Ezidis in Sinjar exactly eleven years ago today the armies and countries of the region didn't lift a finger. The U.S., EU, Russia and UN were also nowhere to be seen when the humanitarian
crisis unfolded. They all wanted ISIS to succeed and wipe out the minority for religious and geopolitical reasons.
