I. Trump Says Go After Drug Cartels To Pay For Border Wall
An excerpt from, "Exclusive: Trump Camp Mulls Using Seized Cartel Assets to Pay for Wall" by Jon Conradi, LifeZette, September 1, 2016:
To fund construction of a new U.S. border wall, Donald Trump and senior advisers are considering various ideas, including the use of assets seized from drug cartels and others in the illicit drug trade.Trump is going up against the most powerful forces in U.S. politics by proposing this terrific and bold idea. But as long as the CIA, the deep state, and the banksters want to keep the border open to keep the drug profits rolling in then the border will stay open. They have the final say. And they won't hesitate to assassinate Trump if they think he will damage their bottom line and minimize their power with his proposed policy solutions.
An excerpt from, "CIA “Black Budget” Funding: Never Constrained by its Congressional Budget" By Prof. Peter Dale Scott, Global Research, December 15, 2014:
The CIA also made systematic use in Asia of self-financing drug trafficking forces to increase its covert influence—in Thailand and Burma, then in Laos and Vietnam, and most recently in Afghanistan. With America’s expansion overseas, we have seen more and more covert programs and agencies, all using drug traffickers to different and opposing ends.In 2004, Time and USA Today ran major stories about two of the chief Afghan drug traffickers, Haji Juma Khan and Haji Bashir Noorzai, alleging that each was supporting al-Qaeda, and that Khan in particular “has helped al-Qaeda establish a smuggling network that is peddling Afghan heroin to buyers across the Middle East, Asia and Europe.” Later it was revealed that both traffickers were simultaneously CIA assets, and that Khan in particular was “paid a large amount of cash by the United States,” even while he was reportedly helping al-Qaeda to establish smuggling networks.
II. ISIS's Ties To The Naqshbandi Order And US-British Intelligence
An excerpt from, "China and Syria" by Thierry Meyssan, Voltaire Network, August 30, 2016:
Beijing’s other main interest is the struggle of the Islamic Party of Turkestan, which joined al-Qaïda, then Daesh. Today there is a Uyghur neighbourhood in Ar-Raqqah, and Daesh publishes a newspaper especially for its members. An excerpt from, "British Controlled Freemasonic-like Order is Behind ISIS Success in Iraq" Larouche Pac, June 17, 2014:
The members of this group are connected to the Naqshbandi Order, a Sufi congregation of which the ex-Grand Mufti of Syria, Ahmad Kuftaru, was the leader. Certain lodges of this order connected with the Muslim Brotherhood in 1961, under the influence of the Anglo-Saxon secret services, CIA and MI6. They participated in the creation of the Muslim World League by Saudi Arabia, in 1962. In Iraq, they organised around Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri, and supported the attempted coup d’état by the Syrian Muslim Brotherhood in 1982. In 2014, they sent 80,000 combatants to swell the ranks of Daesh. In Turkey, the Naqchbandis created Millî Görüş of which Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was one of the heads. It was this group who, in the 1990’s, organised Islamist movements in the Russian Caucasus and the Xinjiang region of China.
Even more than the Russians, the Chinese need intelligence about this network, and how it is controlled by Washington and London. In 2001, they believed – wrongly – that the Anglo-Saxons had changed after the attacks of 11 September, and that they would collaborate with the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation to fight terrorism. They know today that Syria is an authentic friend in peace.
In a 2010 paper, "The Next Insurgency: Ba'athists and Salafis Pool Resources To Fight Iraqi Government," Knights wrote, "The kind of violence that matters — the targeted terror that changes the minds of many more people than are directly maimed — is on the increase. And the carefully parsed use of terror and intimidation for organizational profit — so different from the restless and self-defeating violence of Al-Qaida in Iraq [AQI, now ISIS/ISIL] — is deeply reminiscent of the Ba'ath Party.... Sunni insurgent movements have largely moved away from the use of vehicle bombs against civilian targets to collectively punish and intimidate Sunni communities. Instead, such groups are attempting to rebuild operational sanctuaries and recruitment areas using more selective tools such as 'night letters' (warnings), assassination and bribery targeted on key community leaders and security force members."
In Knights' account, JRTN seems to have plenty of money,— enough to put many cooperative police and military officials on its own payroll, so that they proverbially receive "two paychecks" instead of one. It also has the money to hire ISIS and other groups to conduct bombings and murders on behalf of JRTN. And all this without extorting protection money from stores and businesses as the other groups do. Some say it comes from Jordanian intelligence, which is another way of saying it comes from London.
III. PYD Leader Asks EU For Political And Humanitarian Support In Wake of Turkey's Invasion of Syria
An excerpt from, "Syrian Kurds seek humanitarian and political support from EU" Europe Online Magazine, September 1, 2016:
Syrian Kurdish leader Saleh Muslim called Thursday on the European Union for humanitarian and political support, after he said a ground offensive by Turkey into northern Syria was cutting off their supplies. The PYD, the political arm of the YPG, held a press conference in Brussels with the European Syriac Union to discuss the humanitarian situation in Syria and Turkey's invasion of the country based on the false pretext of fighting ISIS. But it hardly made a splash in the Western media.
"We are dying every day because of lack of treatment," Muslim said during a visit to the European Parliament in Brussels.
"People need everything. It‘s difficult to find baby milk for children. In the summer it‘s really difficult to find water," Muslim, the co-president of the Kurdish Democratic Union Party (PYD), added.
He also called for "political help, aside from humanitarian," without going into detail.
