He says his quality of life has worsened since the thugs appeared. There are no jobs, no food aid, nothing. At the end of the video, he says, "We can't tell who's right and who's wrong."
Most people are like this Aleppo resident. They want security, jobs, and food. A stable government provides that. The thugs and terrorists are destroying their future.
