Charles E. Allen, who served as a senior CIA spy for many decades, is a coward, state terrorist, pathological liar, war criminal, traitor, and an agent of the mass murdering global crime network known as the U.S. shadow state.
Andrew Gavin Marshall says in his 2007 article, "The Spy Who Came Out of the Shadow," that Allen was deeply involved in the Iran-Contra scandal in the 1980s, and oversaw Continuity of Government planning from 1980 to 1982. In one of the secret meetings in connection to COG planning, Allen said, "our job is to throw the Constitution out the window."
Marshall also says that Allen was directly "responsible for the deaths of 400 innocent women and children," when he served as an intelligence analyst during the first Gulf War.
Allen is trusted by the Bush gang and military-industrial complex because of his lack of restraint and lack of remorse for his actions. He shares their psychopathic traits and their hatred of the American people. That's why President George W. Bush selected him in August 2005 to be the Under Secretary for the Office of Intelligence and Analysis at Department of Homeland Security.
Marshall's article contains a lot of information about Allen's lack of character and his deep ties to the American shadow establishment. At the end, Marshall writes:
So, as you can see, there is a significant risk of a declaration of martial law, and therefore the creation of a Presidential Dictatorship, under which the spy satellite program would be used domestically. That is why I felt it necessary to examine the history of the main individual running this new program, Charles Allen. Given his history, related to the “deep politics” of government, that is; the term coined by the academic, Peter Dale Scott to describe the ‘shadow government’, or ‘secret government’, or Scott’s term, the ‘Deep State’, I feel that it is a concerning sign that this particular individual is now going to be running the spy satellite program. Given the history of Charles Allen, I would not want him to have the authority over cleaning my dishes for fear that he would smash them all to pieces because he misinterpreted the chore. But this is a man who is now in charge of operating the most powerful satellite spy equipment to be used domestically in the United States. No, I’m sure there’s nothing to be concerned over regarding ‘civil liberties’ under a spy program run by a man who has said, “Our job is to throw the constitution out the window.”On August, 31, 2011, Allen gave an interview to Rick "Ozzie" Nelson, a senior fellow at the CSIS International Security Program, about U.S. counter-terrorism operations, the increasing domestic role of Homeland Security, new terrorist threats to the United States, and the legacy of the 9/11 attacks. Allen views his job as a night watchman looking out for foreign and domestic threats to the Nazi-inspired "Homeland." He said in the interview:
We have to keep the night watch. And it's going to go on for a long time, forever. I spend a lot of my career keeping the night watch, looking for the black swans, and we have to do that with, I think, a little more vigour.
Allen's image of himself is a lie. He is not a protector of the realm, but, in fact, the greatest enemy to American society, along with the rest of the traitors in the American shadow state who were behind the 9/11 attacks.
In April 2009, reporter Alex Kingsbury wrote in his article, "Legendary Spy Charlie Allen Knows the CIA's Secrets," that Allen is "privy to perhaps a broader array of the CIA's secrets than anybody else in history." He added: "For those on the inside, it's hard to believe that the man famous for holding 6:30 a.m. meetings, working 80-hour weeks, and rarely taking vacations is leaving the spy world."
It seems Allen was a busy bee. All tyrants are. Generally, good men lead private lives and like to relax, but evil and ambitious men like Allen devote their entire lives to the State, their bread and butter. And Allen has served the American shadow state very well.
In February 2007, a few brave souls from the Richmond, Virginia 9/11 Truth Group confronted Allen about the official version of 9/11 being a total lie. Watch the videos here: part 1, and part 2. The videos have less than 500 views which is really sad because 9/11 truth activists made Allen look like a bumbling fool and an obvious liar.
People need to know Allen's monstrous deeds and record of betrayal which are kept hidden behind his image as a workaholic CIA analyst and a night watchman who protects the United States from security threats. In reality, Allen is part of a private and privileged security priesthood in Washington that makes up enemies and stages false flag terror events to scare the American people and keep themselves in perpetual power.

Allen was lying through his teeth when he said that the CIA's record contains "the most objective and honest intelligence." It is a known fact that the intelligence for the Iraq war was made up.
Not all CIA officials are criminal traitors who were behind the 9/11 attacks and wish to replace America's constitutional government with a totalitarian system, some are very patriotic and noble, but there is a core group of rotten and rogue traitors. This group planned and executed 9/11 along with Israel's Mossad to justify the rape of the U.S. constitution and military invasions in the Middle East.
The CIA has a record of being manipulated from within. In the 1970s, CIA director George H. W. Bush contracted out intelligence gathering to assess the Soviet threat to a group called "Team B"that included 9/11 planner and PNAC signer Paul Wolfowitz.
Team B exaggerated the Soviet threat in order to create a fearful security atmosphere inside the United States in which the military-industrial complex and Pentagon would be rewarded larger contracts to contain the hyped threat. This type of doom and gloom intelligence assessments proved useful as a trial run for the doom and gloom predictions in the 1990s and 2000s regarding the threat from Islamic radicals, which is totally bogus.
Al-Qaeda is a CIA proxy that is used by the CIA, MI6 and Mossad to do its dirty work abroad and at home. It is also used as a shadowy threat to scare the people of America, Israel and the West into giving up their freedoms to the State.
Al-Qaeda is the foggy mist in the dark woods that forever threatens the security of the realm because lying night watchmen like Charles Allen say so.
But we should believe our own eyes and our own intelligence rather than listen to pathological liars like Charles Allen, Dick Cheney and Paul Wolfowitz. If we listen to them we would all be dead slaves.
