Former CIA Interrogator Glenn Carle: "You can't have someone be beyond the law."

Glenn Carle, who worked in the CIA for 23 years, said in an interview with Press TV:

"You can't have someone be beyond the law. Everyone has to be subject to some series of procedures and protections and obligations that are external to the executive who is applying them. Because otherwise the law is meaningless, and it's just an individual wielding power."

Carle is the author of the book, The Interrogator: An Education.
