Israel Attacks Syria: And Syria Does Nothing But Complain To The UN?

The curtain is being pulled back. Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Europe, the United States, and now Israel are waging an aggressive and illegal war against the people of Syria.

There was never an armed revolution in Syria. There was popular discontent and signs of peaceful revolt but that's true of any country. The "Free Syrian Army" are drugged up mercenaries and Jihadist terrorists who attack ethnic and religious minorities, loot and burn down homes, and basically wreck shit up.

What Was On Television On The Day I Was Born

"When television is good, nothing — not the theater, not the magazines or newspapers — nothing is better.

But when television is bad, nothing is worse. I invite each of you to sit down in front of your own television set when your station goes on the air and stay there, for a day, without a book, without a magazine, without a newspaper, without a profit and loss sheet or a rating book to distract you. Keep your eyes glued to that set until the station signs off. I can assure you that what you will observe is a vast wasteland." - Former FCC Chairman Newton N. Minow, "Television and the Public Interest," May 9, 1961.
"Television is a great entertainment industry. That's what it is. I think we do entertainment on television better than any place in the world. I mean that's what television is for. You're bored, you want to enjoy yourself, you want to be amused, you turn it on and you have a good time. But, unfortunately, it has a power that transcends anything in the world today. It is a power that deals with the fact that 95% of this country is television saturated. That means 95% of our people get their information from television and television only." - Paddy Chayefsky, playwright, screenwriter of Network (1976). The quote is from an interview that Chayefsky gave on television in the 1970s.
Television has not exactly been a force for good in the world. Of course, it is stupid to generalize and get all high and mighty about it. A lot of good TV drama series have been created around the world that connect people across countries and cultures. This is really remarkable.

Television is best when it provokes discussion between cultures and inside closed societies. One example is the cultural impact of a popular Turkish soap opera on the Muslim world. Another is "The Wire" which revealed the failure of the War on Drugs through a variety of lenses.

The bringing together of history and fantasy is the best kind of television entertainment. Look out for "Da Vinci's Demons" coming in April.

The dark side of television is inescapable. Read, "The Misuse of The Power of Television In Wartime Is Itself A War Crime," and "Visual Rituals: Television As The Greatest Myth-Making Force in Human History."

As an instrument of war, there is no greater destructive power than television propaganda. Nothing demonizes the "Enemy" better than an award-winning show like "Homeland."

Imagine the reach of Hitler's power if the propaganda ministers of the Nazi regime had the power of television in their hands to spread their ideology to the world.

In our day, USrael has this awesome, god-like power, and look at the harm that it has done to the world. The black box is truly a plague on the mind. USrael can nuke half the world tomorrow morning and say Muslims did it, and the other half of the world would believe it. It worked on 9/11, so why not now?

Anyways, enough of that.

Iranians And Jews Have A Shared History That No Catastrophe Will Erase

"It can rightly be said that the Jewish diaspora, spanning twenty-seven centuries, begins in Iran. In fact, it has been argued that Iran is second only to Israel in historical importance for the Jews. The religious and cultural tradition now known as Judaism underwent one of its most radical transformations as a result of contact with Iranians. This influence, which is felt in the later development of Christianity and Islam, reverberates throughout the cultures of more than half the world today." - Richard C. Foltz. "Spirituality in the Land of the Noble: How Iran Shaped the World's Religions." 2004. Oneworld Publications: Oxford. Pg. 45.
Iranians and Jews have a common bond and a shared history that no catastrophe will erase.

It should always be remembered that the current confrontation between the Islamic Republic of Iran and USrael is a temporary thing and not reflective of eternal hostilities between Iranians and Jews. If the confrontation enters a new and tragic dimension the Iranian response shouldn't be anti-Semitism and anti-Americanism.

The same non-racist thinking should guide American and Western public opinion about the Muslim world. Anti-Muslim bigotry in America is relatively minor and this is a good reason to be hopeful about the course that American culture is taking in this century.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about Israel, where racist views of Arabs and Muslims dominate public discourse. Right-wing leaders enjoy widespread popular support and have triumphed in the recent election. Journalist Max Blumenthal spoke about the election and "the ethnic and religious bigotry than permeates Israel," on the Scott Horton radio show (Source: Scott Horton radio show).

President Obama on Syria: A Response by Reality

The last question is about Syria. I wonder if you can speak about how you personally, morally, wrestle with the ongoing violence there.

President Barack Obama:

Every morning, I have what's called the PDB—presidential daily briefing—and our intelligence and national security teams come in here and they essentially brief me on the events of the previous day. And very rarely is there good news. And a big chunk of my day is occupied by news of war, terrorism, ethnic clashes, violence done to innocents. And what I have to constantly wrestle with is where and when can the United States intervene or act in ways that advance our national interest, advance our security, and speak to our highest ideals and sense of common humanity.

And as I wrestle with those decisions, I am more mindful probably than most of not only our incredible strengths and capabilities, but also our limitations. In a situation like Syria, I have to ask, can we make a difference in that situation? Would a military intervention have an impact? How would it affect our ability to support troops who are still in Afghanistan? What would be the aftermath of our involvement on the ground? Could it trigger even worse violence or the use of chemical weapons? What offers the best prospect of a stable post-Assad regime? And how do I weigh tens of thousands who've been killed in Syria versus the tens of thousands who are currently being killed in the Congo?

Those are not simple questions. And you process them as best you can. You make the decisions you think balance all these equities, and you hope that, at the end of your presidency, you can look back and say, I made more right calls than not and that I saved lives where I could, and that America, as best it could in a difficult, dangerous world, was, net, a force for good.
A Response by Reality:
- Washington is itself creating a "difficult, dangerous world," by financing and arming radical Jihadist groups to take down legitimate governments and leaders and allying with morally indefensible regimes. If you don't want to live in a difficult and dangerous world, Mr. President, then stop supporting dangerous groups and despotic Gulf regimes who spread radical ideologies and finance terrorism. It's simple really. Be nice to people and people will be nice to you.

- The majority of innocent Syrians have died at the hands of foreign-backed radical Jihadist terrorist groups, not the Syrian government. This is a fact that cannot be denied. Turkey is using the Jihadists against the Kurdish population, while Saudi Arabia and Qatar are using these same terrorists against the Alawites and Christians. If America is really interested in protecting religious and ethnic minorities then it should stop supporting the governments in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey. America should find better allies in the region. Sticking with governments that spread terrorism and oppression will further harm America's interests and image.

Dr. Martin Lings: Human Origins and Destinies According to the Great Religions of the World

Shakespeare's Spirituality: A Perspective. An Interview With Dr. Martin Lings.

Wikipedia:
Martin Lings (January 24, 1909 – May 12, 2005), also known as "Abu Bakr Siraj Ad-Din", was an English writer and scholar, a student and follower of Frithjof Schuon, and Shakespearean scholar. He is best known as the author of a very popular and positively reviewed biography, Muhammad: His Life Based on the Earliest Sources, first published in 1983 and still in print.
.
.
In addition to his writings on Sufism, Lings was a Shakespeare scholar. His contribution to Shakespeare scholarship was to point out the deeper esoteric meanings found in Shakespeare's plays, and the spirituality of Shakespeare himself. More recent editions of Lings's books on Shakespeare include a foreword by Charles, Prince of Wales.[citation needed] Just before his death he gave an interview on this topic, which was posthumously made into the film Shakespeare's Spirituality: A Perspective. An Interview With Dr. Martin Lings.
NY Times - Martin Lings, a Sufi Writer on Islamic Ideas, Dies at 96 (May 29, 2005):
Martin Lings, a widely acclaimed British scholar whose books on Islamic philosophy, mysticism and art reflected his own deep belief in Sufism, the esoteric, purely spiritual dimension of Islam, died on May 12 at his home in Westerham, Kent County, England. He was 96.

His publisher, Virginia Gray Henry, director of Fons Vitae Publishing, announced his death.

Dr. Lings's long career was studded with accomplishments, some quite novel - like his 1996 book comparing his interpretation of Shakespeare's spiritual message to Sufism. His books on Islamic calligraphy were influential, as was his biography of an Algerian Sufi saint.

"Grant me only one summer, you mighty ones!
And one autumn for ripened song,
So that my heart, sated with the sweet
Music, may then die more willingly!

The soul that in life did not receive
Its divine due does not rest even below in Orcus;
But if I once accomplish the sacred thing that
My heart is set on—the poem—

Welcome, then, O silence of the world of shades!
I am satisfied even if my lyre Does not accompany me below; once
I lived like gods, and no more is needed.

Hölderlin's Metaphysics (Lecture) By Edward Kanterian

Hyperion's Song Of Destiny by Hölderlin

Holy spirits, you walk up there
in the light, on soft earth.
Shining god-like breezes
touch upon you gently,
as a woman's fingers
play music on holy strings.

Like sleeping infants the gods
breathe without any plan;
the spirit flourishes continually
in them, chastely kept,
as in a small bud,
and their holy eyes
look out in still
eternal clearness.

A place to rest
isn't given to us.
Suffering humans
decline and blindly fall
from one hour to the next,
like water thrown
from cliff to cliff,
year after year,
down into the Unknown.

Lecture given in the Aesthetics Research Group Seminar, School of Arts, University of Kent, 23 November 2012. Followed by discussion.

Friedrich Hölderlin (1770-1843) is widely known as a poet, and sometimes described as a poet's poet (Heidegger). But more recent research, as undertaken by Dieter Henrich, Michael Franz and others, has shown that he was a genuine philosopher as well, who had an original conception of the relation between art, poetry and metaphysics, and who was a major influence on the young Schelling and especially Hegel. This talk explores Hölderlin's metaphysical ideas in relation to those of thinkers like Kant and Fichte, as formulated in various fragments and letters.

Washington's Moral Bankruptcy: Banksters & Torturers Are Good, Truth-Tellers Are Bad

"We live now in an era where normal values have been displaced. The good is called bad, the bad - good." - Anna Politkovskaya, a Russian journalist, writer, and human rights activist. (30 August 1958 – 7 October 2006).
Excerpts from, "CIA Whistleblower John Kiriakou, Sentenced to 30 Months in Jail, Wears Conviction as ‘Badge of Honor’" by Kevin Gosztola:

Quotes by John Kiriakou:
I don’t think I am overstating this when I say I feel like we’re entering a second McCarthy era where the Justice Department uses the law as a fist or as a hammer not just to try and convict people but to ruin them personally and professionally because they don’t like where they stand on different issues.

I know Lanny Breuer. Lanny Breuer’s my former attorney from the Scooter Libby case but I think that Lanny Breuer became a zealot when he went to the Justice Department and he drank the Justice Department’s anti-whistleblower kool-aid. And I think we see the same thing with Neil McBride in the way he’s targeting WikiLeaks with a grand jury when in fact he should be targeting the bankers who have ruined our country and the crooked politicians who shirk their responsibilities to oversee the intelligence community.

I am proud that I stood up to our government. I stood up for what I believed was right conviction or no conviction. I mean they can convict anybody of anything if they put their minds to it, but I wear this as a badge of honor. I am not a criminal. I am a whistleblower. The thing that I blew the whistle on is now the law of the land. Torture is illegal and it’s officially abandoned in our country and I’m proud to have had a role in that.
Gosztola:
The only CIA officer to go to jail for torture is now officially an officer who never tortured anybody. As has become more clear with Obama as president, the Justice Department is willing to zealously go after leakers who did no harm to national security. They are willing to zealously pursue Internet activists like Aaron Swartz. They will keep coming back with more and more charges to scare activists into informing on others or taking a plea deal. They may even join in the prosecution of some fallen sports icon for their posterity.

However, individuals involved in committing the felony of warrantless wiretapping or authorizing torture or senior-level bankers on Wall Street, who committed fraud and fueled the 2008 economic meltdown may move forward with their lives and never worry about going to jail. They are criminals the Justice Department lacks the courage to prosecute, or people the department does not think committed any crimes. And, as a result, those inside the department cannot be bothered to put in the kind of rabid effort they devote to prosecuting whistleblowers or activists, who in comparison to bankers or torturers have done nothing to hurt anybody.

What is the message? Don't trust any politician that attracts as much flies as Obama does. This guy is bad news for America and mankind. The flies are trying to tell us something. We better listen.

"Stone" by Charles Simic

Obama Assumes Role of Optimist In 2nd Inaugural Speech, But His Actions Are Inviting Tragedy

In his Second Inaugural Address, President Barack Hussein bin Obama made little room for his foreign policy agenda in his second term, leaving almost everything to the imagination.

Obama alluded to the Arab Spring, saying that his administration will help new democratic governments find their footing as they battle against extremism and economic collapse. But he totally ignored the Israeli-Palestinian crisis, frozen U.S.-Iran relations, and the Asia pivot, which are three major preoccupations of current U.S. foreign policy. And this was not by accident.

President Obama's team is trying to create the narrative that Obama is an optimist at heart who hates war and has to be pulled into history against his will. We are led to believe that foreign policy is not on his mind and that his political energy is dedicated to domestic changes.

According to this factless narrative, if a crisis erupts in the Middle East and leads to a wide-scale war it won't be the consequence of the policies of his administration, but a natural event that Obama did not foresee nor desire.

But the evidence tells a different story.

Far from protecting the peace and ensuring the stability of the Middle East, Obama has been working against both throughout his first term. Obama's early covert backing of the Jihadist terrorist groups in Syria proved that he is reckless and actively looking for an unnecessary war with Syria. The crimes committed by these radical, foreign-backed Jihadist groups against the Syrian people are horrific, and have resulted in the needless deaths of many Syrians.

Obama's political statements regarding Syria during his first term were incredibly irresponsible and reflect a psychosis in the foreign policy elite. In August 2011, Obama arrogantly demanded that Assad step down. If Assad had listened to Obama, Al-Qaeda would be in control of many parts in Syria now, a reality that the majority of Syrians do not want.

It's obvious that Obama doesn't care what the Syrian people want or how much they suffer at the hands of the mindless terrorists who make up Al Qaeda. He is not interested in their cooperation, but their submission. He pretends to be a peace-seeking optimist, but his administration's policies are inviting tragedy, trauma, and turmoil for generations to come.

What is even worse and unforgivable is that Obama deviously attaches his presidency to Martin Luther King's untouchable legacy, using it as a political cloak to cover his war-making record. What a devil.

II. The American-Iranian Landscape: Tragedy On The Horizon?
"We will show the courage to try and resolve our differences with other nations peacefully. Not because we are naive about the dangers we face, but because engagement can more durably lift suspicion and fear." - President Barack Hussein bin Obama, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
The quote above is from the second inaugural address of his Holiness, the Dalai Obama. Sounds nice, right? Obama is saying that he is for peaceful engagement with America's adversaries, and that he wants to banish fear from Washington's foreign policy discourse. But, he is taking an entirely different approach behind the scenes.

Flynt Leverett, a former senior member of the National Security Council and co-author of, "Going to Tehran: Why the United States Must Come to Terms with the Islamic Republic of Iran," says that President Obama has failed to separate himself from his predecessor when it comes to relations with Iran, and has further destroyed any chance of peace between the two countries. He says:
"While U.S. officials regularly excoriate Tehran for either playing for time or being too internally conflicted to negotiate seriously, it is Washington that has not been diplomatically serious. Iran has consistently been prepared to accept more intrusive monitoring of, perhaps negotiated limits on, its nuclear activities, if Western powers recognize its right to enrich uranium under international safeguards. But President Obama, like his predecessor, refuses to acknowledge Iran's right to enrich, for this would require acknowledging the Islamic Republic as a legitimate political order representing legitimate national interests, and as a rising regional power unwilling to subordinate its foreign policy to Washington, as for example Washington regularly expected of Egypt under Sadat and Mubarak. This is why Hillary and I say that Obama has done more damage even than George W. Bush because he has discredited the idea of engagement by saying he tried but failed when in fact he has not seriously tried." [18:05 - 19:20 in this video].
Obama's presidency is all about public salesmanship and religious worship. Evidence? Facts? Reality? LOL. Don't be silly. The facts do not hinder a rebellious deity like the President who heads the Satanic Republic of the United States. His word is reality.

"Both read the same Bible and pray to the same God, and each invokes His aid against the other. It may seem strange that any men should dare to ask a just God's assistance in wringing their bread from the sweat of other men's faces, but let us judge not, that we be not judged. The prayers of both could not be answered. That of neither has been answered fully. The Almighty has His own purposes. "Woe unto the world because of offenses; for it must needs be that offenses come, but woe to that man by whom the offense cometh."" - Lincoln.

'Music is nothing more than a Decoration of Silence' (Marsilio Ficino, c.1485)

Wikipedia:
Marsilio Ficino (19 October 1433 – 1 October 1499) was one of the most influential humanist philosophers of the early Italian Renaissance, an astrologer, a reviver of Neoplatonism who was in touch with every major academic thinker and writer of his day, and the first translator of Plato's complete extant works into Latin. His Florentine Academy, an attempt to revive Plato's school, had enormous influence on the direction and tenor of the Italian Renaissance and the development of European philosophy.

George Steiner on the incompleteness of life

"We need a renaissance of wonder. We need to renew, in our hearts and in our souls, the deathless dream, the eternal poetry, the perennial sense that life is miracle and magic." - E. Merrill Root.

"I had some intuitive sense that in life and in the substance of the world there was a strangeness which would always defy and even mock our attempts at understanding." -  George Steiner.

Against Chaos: Conspiracy Theories And Initiation Rites

I'm always asking myself if spreading the truth about 9/11, and other world-changing events like the 1979 Islamic Revolution, the American-Iranian hostage crisis, 7/7 and Sandy Hook is wise. Lately, my gut is telling me no. And the more books I read about religion, esotericism, mystical philosophy, and the like, the more comfortable I become in holding this new position.

Here is an excerpt from Mircea Eliade's 1958 book called, "Rites and Symbols of Initiation: The Mysteries of Birth and Rebirth":
"For, in order not to overcomplicate this first chapter, I have here chiefly stressed the symbolism of death. It was important to make it clear that puberty rites, precisely because they bring about the neophyte's introduction into the realm of the sacred, imply death to the profane condition, that is, death to childhood. But we have seen that this initiatory death of the boys is at the same time the occasion for an intertribal festival that regenerates the collective religious life.

Hence Australian initiations are episodes in a cosmic mystery. Initiates and novices leave behind the familiar landscape of the common camp and, on the sacred ground or in the bush, relive the primordial events, the mythical history of the tribe. Reactualizing the myths of origin implies, as we saw, participation in the Dream Times, in the Time sanctified by the mystical presence of the Divine Beings and the Ancestors. For our purpose, it is not important that the Supreme Beings of the sky do not everywhere play the leading role in initiation ceremonies; nor, as we shall see in greater detail in the next chapter, that among some peoples this role falls to the Ancestors or to other mythical figures, some of them with a demonic aspect. To me, it seems extremely important that, whatever the identity of these Superhuman Beings may be, for the respective tribes they represent the world of transcendent and sacred realities. Equally important is the fact that the collective initiation ceremonies reactualize the mythical times in which these Divine Beings were creating or organizing the earth; in other words, initiation is considered to be performed by these Divine Beings or in their presence. Hence the mystical death of the novices is not something negative. On the contrary, their death to childhood, to asexuality, to ignorance--in short, to the profane condition--is the occasion for a total regeneration of the cosmos and the collectivity. Because their gestures are repeated, the Gods, the civilizing Heroes, the mythical Ancestors, are again present and active on earth. The mystical death of the boys and their awakening in the community of initiated men thus form part of a grandiose reiteration of the cosmogony, of the anthropogony, and of all the creations that were characteristic of the primordial epoch, the Dream Times. Initiation recapitulates the sacred history of the world. And through this recapitulation, the whole world is sanctified anew. The boys die to their profane condition and are resuscitated in a new world; for, through the revelation they have received during their initiation, they can perceive the world as a sacred work, a creation of the Gods.

Let us mark and remember this fact, which is as it were a fundamental motif, documented in every kind of initiation: the experience of initiatory death and resurrection not only basically changes the neophyte's fundamental mode of being, but at the same time reveals to him the sacredness of human life and of the world, by revealing to him the great mystery, common to all religions, that men, with the cosmos, with all forms of life, are the creation of the Gods or of Superhuman Beings. This revelation is conveyed by the origin myths. Learning how things came into existence, the novice at the same time learns that he is the creation of Another, the result of such-and-such a primordial event, the consequence of a series of mythological occurrences, in short, of a sacred history. This discovery that man is part and parcel of a sacred history which can be communicated only to initiates constitutes the point of departure for a long-continued flowering of religious forms." Libertarian Senator Rand Paul Stands Tall Against Besieged Palestinians

Senator Paul To Besieged Palestinians: Go To Hell.

An excerpt from, "U.S. Senator to Abbas: U.S. rejects Palestinian's intention to join UN agencies":
RAMALLAH, Jan. 7 (Xinhua) -- U.S. Senator Rand Paul informed Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas of his country's opposition to the Palestinian intention to join United Nations agencies, a well- informed Palestinian sources said Monday.

The source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity the Republican Senator told Abbas after a meeting in the West Bank city of Ramallah that the United States will impose sanctions on the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) if it decided to join UN agencies.
The man who ludicrously said that Obama is acting as King (this bozo is actually a puppet of the banksters, he's not monarch material), is taking the fight to. . . the Palestinians, one of the most oppressed peoples on the planet.

Way to go, Senator Paul! How brave you are! To stand beside the forces of tyranny and against the rights of Palestinians, wow, it's so mighty and brave of you. From whom did you learn your values of justice, mercy, and kindness?

Senator Rand Paul is discredited as an anti-establishment figure because of his anti-Palestinian stance. He is a hoax. He is siding with the bully in this conflict. What he says about President Obama has no meaning now because he is not a principled leader, and is fine with supporting illegality, injustice, and oppression.

As Dr. King said, "A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus."

Child sacrifice rituals are common in many civilizations. Ours is no different. According to the ruling elite, it is best to keep quiet about this evil reality.

Video Title: Sandy Hook Occult Sacrifice vs. 'Fakery' Disinfo. Channel: thetruthergirls. Description:
Everyone is latching on to the idea that nobody died at Sandy Hook and this has become one of the most discussed topics in the conspiracy theory community. From the beginning, I felt that this was not the case, that it was based on speculation without any real evidence. As more and more info emerges, I am finding that everything points to the killer (or rather, killers) having done this to perform a ritual sacrifice. The wider implication of this, in my mind, is that the 'it was actors and it never happened' campaign is probably even an intentional disinfo operation undertaken to confuse the public and divert attention from what most likely really did happen- which was something far more sinister. Donation sites set up before shooting? Weird, but there could be some explanation.

The Late Lt. General William Odom's Views On Iran

Wikipedia:
William Eldridge Odom (June 23, 1932 – May 30, 2008) was a retired U.S. Army 3-star general, and former Director of the NSA under President Ronald Reagan, which culminated a 31-year career in military intelligence, mainly specializing in matters relating to the Soviet Union. After his retirement from the military, he became a think tank policy expert and a university professor and became known for his outspoken criticism of the Iraq War and warrantless wiretapping of American citizens. He died of an apparent heart attack at his vacation home in Lincoln, Vermont.
Lt. Gen. William Odom spoke with Amy Goodman of Democracy Now on October 4, 2005.

His views on Iran:

"I would have a secret chamber with Iran and say, ‘You hate the Taliban, we hate the Taliban; you want to sell oil, we need to buy oil; your alliance with Russia is very unnatural; if you want to discuss the West Bank- I’ll talk about it but won’t give anything away.’

‘Oh, and by the way, I’m taking the nuclear issue off the table. You want nukes, have them. You live in a bad neighborhood.’ There’s no single diplomatic move that would so revolutionize our position up there.”" [Source: "NSA Director William Odom Dissects Iraq Blunders," By Michael Hammerschlag, April 2006].

Dr. Steve Pieczenik - Hollywood Films Secretly Dictated By The CIA

"Those of us who work in the arts know that depiction is not endorsement." - Kathryn Bigelow, "Kathryn Bigelow addresses 'Zero Dark Thirty' torture criticism." LA Times, January 15, 2013.

Those of us who live in reality know that Zero Dark Thirty is based on the big lie that Osama bin Laden was killed in a raid in Pakistan that was ordered by President Obama on May 1, 2011. Zero Dark Thirty crosses the line between art and totalitarian propaganda.

Title - Hollywood Films Secretly Dictated By The CIA. YouTube Video Description - [Channel: Steve Pieczenik, Posted on YouTube: December 28, 2012]:
On this episode of STEVE PIECZENIK TALKS, Dr. Steve discusses Hollywood propaganda and how films are secretly dictated by the CIA in this eye opening exposé.

Dr. Steve Pieczenik Quotes:

"In the world of fantasy, fiction does prevail. So the right of Hollywood, and the right of Kathryn Bigelow and the Academy of Arts and Sciences, which dominates Hollywood, has the right to distort or to fantasize any point of fact or fiction. But this is fiction on steroids, this movie in particular (Zero Dark Thirty).

Why do I say that? Number one, once again the lie that Osama bin Laden was killed by the SEAL team has been propagated not only by President Obama to get him re-elected, he knew that was a lie, I knew that was a lie, the CIA that I have worked with knows it was a lie, military intelligence knows it's a lie, everybody in the intelligence community, and by now almost the whole world knows that that's an absolute lie.

Now why do I say it's a lie? Osama bin Laden was already dead. I didn't make that up. I basically knew of the man because he had a disease called Marfan syndrome. Marfan syndrome is not something that I as a physician can make up. I'm a board certified psychiatrist and neurologist. It's a disease that's genetically inherited. He had that disease. He was born of a Yemeni mother and a Saudi father. He was involved in Afghanistan, where I knew about his activities. And we knew then from his medical records that he had Marfan syndrome. And what that means in effect is that your connective tissues will disintegrate and that you have a very short lifespan. Now, that type of termination of a disease is imminent. It's not something that you can wish and prolong. It's pretty much final." [01:30 - 03: 24].

"Hollywood of today is nothing more than the extension of the CIA, the military, and our military-industrial government, in order to propagate and propagandize us . . and to amuse us, whereas sixty years ago the very people who were in Hollywood, the liberals, were fighting that very institution of the intelligence community, the FBI, and they were considered the Hollywood Ten. I don't say that they were communists, I don't approve of communists, but they were accused of being communists.

These were famous writers like Dalton Trombo, John Houston, writers and directors. But for the most part they all stood together and they said in front of what's called the House Un-American Activities Committee that we refuse to denounce any of our comrades or any of our fellow citizens in the community of Hollywood and denounce them as either communist or non-communist. And the ten of them were subsequently arrested.

And, in contrast to today, they stood up for a principle called the fifth amendment, the right not to be self-incriminated. They went to prison, but more importantly, many of our Hollywood filmmakers took the courageous step, unlike today where they're just the extension of the military and the CIA." [16:53 -18:26].

"Hollywood and the American citizenry had evolved from a fighting organization, for our own freedoms, into a very placid, passive, greedy organization which in the name of liberal concerns and entertainment, with greed, and there is nothing wrong with greed, decided that they would go from a fighting, strong position to one of acquiescence, accommodation, and being part of the propaganda.

So, from my point of view, if you want to see the movie with Kathryn Bigelow directing it, that's your choice. I refuse to see it, I refuse to attend the Academy Awards because I think the Oscars are nothing more than a cornucopia of self-congratulatory exercises and is really quite boring.

So it's your turn, the American citizen, to say, number one, to the CIA and the military: I don't want you funding and being funded to sell storylines about yourself when there is no need for it and we need the money for jobs, veterans, and other more important things. And secondly, to say to the Hollywood elite: we don't really want your films anymore, they're really quite boring, and if we need to see propaganda we can get it anytime on Fox News." [19:58 - 21:27].

Hollywood Hate: Viewers Say "Zero Dark Thirty" Makes Them Want To Kill Arabs And Muslims

Read: The reviews are in: ‘Zero Dark Thirty makes me hate muslims.’ (Source: Mondoweiss).

After watching the Oscar-nominated film "Zero Dark Thirty," some people went on to Twitter to express their new-found hatred for Arabs and Muslims, and a few even said that they want to kill them.

This shouldn't be blown out of proportion. These people are not in the majority. They are obviously ignorant and stupid for 1) thinking this way about a whole group of people after watching a CIA-made film that depicts only the extremists, and 2) being honest about how they think about Arabs/Muslims on Twitter.

But this still deserves attention because it shows once again the power of Hollywood to shape thoughts and create hatred for the Outsider.

Media Censorship & False Flags | Interview with James Corbett

Poisoned Fruit of The Arab Spring: Jews Are "Descendants of Apes and Pigs"

The Muslim Brotherhood has a long and secret relationship with the U.S. and British governments. Mohamed Morsi, leader of the powerful group and current President of Egypt, was hailed by the Obama administration as the fruit of the Arab Spring. This fruit has turned sour, as expected.

Morsi made very disgusting and racist comments about Jewish people. He said they are "descendants of apes and pigs." He says the comments must be put into the context of Israel's illegal assault on Gaza, but nothing can justify his racism and ignorance. There is a right way to resist Israeli oppression and a wrong way. Morsi is doing it the wrong way. Those who call people of different backgrounds "apes and pigs," have little minds.

For more information, read "Morsi’s Slurs Against Jews Stir Concern." An excerpt:
Nearly three years ago, a leader of the Muslim Brotherhood delivered a speech urging Egyptians to “nurse our children and our grandchildren on hatred” for Jews and Zionists. In a television interview months later, the same leader described Zionists as “these bloodsuckers who attack the Palestinians, these warmongers, the descendants of apes and pigs.”
James Heiser writes in his article, "Egypt's Morsi: Israelis Are "Descendants of Apes and Pigs":
"Thus far, the newly translated comments by President Morsi have drawn little attention in the U.S. media. It is hard to imagine that if any Western politician had made comments that were even remotely similar regarding either Jews or Muslims that such a politician could survive. But in the strange universe in which extremist Muslim rhetoric is simply wished away, only time will tell which Morsi is the "real Morsi": the one with the “message of peace,” or the man who calls other men the descendants of apes and pigs."

Berlusconi: Libya's "Revolution" is a FAKE!

"We Came, We Saw, He Died." - Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The same could not be said about Osama Bin Laden's departure. In that case, U.S. solders bravely went to Afghanistan, saw, and at the last minute were pulled back and prevented from killing Bin Laden in 2001 by their superiors in D.C. He later died of natural causes, hardly the spectacular ending to his life that is portrayed in "Zero Dark Thirty." There is zero truth in that film.

Bin Laden's image as a menacing dragon who has the ability to escape the reach of the United States was central in the selling of the illegal war on terror so it had to be protected. That is, until the usefulness of his image was expired, at which point President Obaaama falsely said that he ordered his death in Pakistan.

'Submerged in Symbolism' - An occult analysis of The Beatles' Yellow Submarine

This is a great interview with Robert Richard Hieronimus. The main focus is his 2002 book, "Inside the Yellow Submarine: The Making of The Beatles Animated Classic," but it branches off into other areas of his life and work.

YouTube Video Description - [Channel: conspiroTV]:
In an interview recorded on June 26th 2012 to mark the latest re-release of The Beatles' 1968 animated movie 'Yellow Submarine' on DVD and Blu-ray, ConspiroTV' chats to symbologist, artist, author, researcher and radio-host Robert Richard Hieronimus Ph.D.

His 2002 book, 'Inside the Yellow Submarine: The Making of The Beatles Animated Classic' has been dubbed, "an indispensable companion to the movie." It not only features exclusive interviews with all the principle creators of the film, but also a unique analysis of the esoteric, symbolic aspects within the movie itself.

His occult perspective of the film is hardly a surprise given his life-long interest in symbols and ancient knowledge. In 1969 he founded the 'AUM,' America's first state-approved school of esoteric studies. In 1981, he recieved his PhD. for the doctoral thesis, 'An Historic Analysis of the reverse of the American Great Seal and It's Relationship to the Ideology of Humanistic Psychology.' Furthermore, his research on the Great Seal of the United States has been used in the speeches, literature and libraries of the White House, the US State Department and the Department of the Interior.

During the interview, he also talks about his long and often rocky dealings with The Beatles' company, 'Apple,' and the friendly and fruitful relationships he's forged over the years with some of The Beatles' trusted inner circle including the bands' long-time PR man Derek Taylor and famed record producer, Sir George Martin (who contributed the introduction to Robert's celebrated book). He also relives the night when he successfully assembled together most of the original crew-members of the movie for a 30th anniversary reunion TV special at the BBC's legendary Maida Vale Studios. However, the interview begins with memories of his early days as an album-cover and poster designer with 'Elektra Records' when he shared his knowledge of occult symbols with some of the biggest names in Rock music history, including Jimi Hendrix.

An accompanying in-depth article about the interview and the 'Yellow Submarine,' can be read at the website/blog 'Conspiro Media.':

Cenk Uygur Interviews Alex Jones

Good interview. I respect both men. Both have chosen a life of passion, purpose, and principles.

It is good that people are talking about controversial subjects, whether it be gun control, indefinite detention of activists, the destructive use of drones, unjust counter-terrorism policies, etc. There are authoritarians who don't want debate and dialogue about public policy. They are not confident about their ideas and solutions so they censor opposing views and smear critics.

The favourite tactic of the thought police is to label dissenters as "mentally ill," to discredit what they have to say. A sane and free society would instinctively reject this label when applied to political speech as totalitarian.

Conversation is better than censorship. As Dutch-American psychoanalyst Joost A. M. Meerloo said:
"If there is no free conversation human aggression accumulates. A man who listens only to his radio or is caught by the hypnotism of the movies must discharge his aggression somewhere else. But the civilizing sublimation of conversation does not reach him, so he cannot get rid of his aggression.

People have learned to be silent listeners. Dictatorship asks only for silent citizens. If man cannot redeem himself of his everyday tensions through words, the archaic primitive demands within him grow more and more awake. The world falls prey to his accumulated obsessions, and in the end collective madness breaks through. Let us talk now, so that we do not become mad animals!" - Dutch-American psychoanalyst Joost A. M. Meerloo, from "Conversation and Communication."
